1. Event Attendance Terms
- A valid ticket is required for entry.
- Tickets are personal and linked to the named attendee.
- Admission is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.
- Attendees must comply with venue security procedures.
2. Payment Conditions
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment is processed securely via our authorised payment provider.
- Tickets are issued electronically upon successful payment.
- Orders may not be confirmed until payment is successfully received.
3. Cancellation & Transfer Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
- Tickets are non-transferable
- Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing.
- If the event is cancelled by organisers, a refund of the ticket price will be issued.
No liability is accepted for travel or accommodation costs.
4. Behaviour Expectations
All attendees are expected to:
- Conduct themselves respectfully
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
- Follow health and safety instructions
- Comply with applicable Swiss laws and venue rules
Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals without refund for inappropriate behaviour.
5. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Attendance is at your own risk.
- The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- Liability is limited to the ticket purchase value where applicable.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Event Modification Rights
The organisers reserve the right to:
- Modify the event schedule
- Change speakers, entertainment, or venue areas
- Make reasonable adjustments due to circumstances beyond control
If significant changes occur, we will notify registered attendees via email.
7. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Venue unavailability
